Valid 7 days per week excluding York Race Days, Valentines Day, Christmas and New Year's Eve. Bookings are subject to room type availability and voucher allocation for any chosen dates. The Churchill Hotel should be contacted directly with the voucher number to hand to reserve the bedroom. This voucher cannot be used as payment for pre-existing bedroom bookings or those made by other methods/bound by other terms including reservations held indirectly ie through third party travel agents/websites. Bedroom bookings made with vouchers are subject to our usual cancellation terms in that they can be cancelled free of charge provided 48 hours notice is given. In such an instance the voucher will be reinstated for future use, if insufficient notice is given the voucher will be redeemed. Please note that Group Bookings have different terms.
